Perfection

Over a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese it hit me. This is perfection. Brandon was home for lunch munching on Peanut M&M (after finishing his bowl) and Paisley was sitting in her high chair eating her share of Mac'N'Cheese and bits of bread. Complete and udder happiness. Paisley always seems to know when I need a slobbery (or lately boogery) kissaroo on the lips or a little cuddle. She turned one April 10th, and we had a Minnie Mouse themed Birthday Party to celebrate. It had a great turn out and Paisley got spoiled.

Brandon and I are working on 3 years of being married. Our Anniversary is August 1st and we got engaged on April 12th. Its been the best three years of my life. He makes me so unbelievably happy. Anyways i'm kind of being a sap today. Sorry for that. I just have so much to be grateful for.

What the WHAT?

I am a horrible blogger. Whats up with that? Whats up with that? Anywho. I feel it is time to do some blogging. Where to begin... I KNOW! I have a 7 month old. Her name is Paisley. She gets into everything. When she was 4 months old she figured out how to roll in all different directions to get into whatever she wanted. Now that she has figured out G.I. Joeing, she is really trouble. She gets into absolutely everything. I have to block of my bathrooms with chairs so she cant get into them.. haha its so funny! She also goes from laying to sitting all by herself. I am one proud mamma! Not only do i have the cutest daughter in the ENTIRE world, she is freaking smart as well!

Yesterday i woke up to a surprise at my door. Someone had left a package late last night at our house. The address was as follows : Emily Hanson (NOTE SPELLING) 1463 Vega Cir. #2 Idaho Falls Idaho 83201. Bahaha not only was my name spelled wrong, my address was COMPLETELY wrong! haha but i opened it anyways. To my surprise it was NOT ANTHRAX but a lot of adorable clothing for Paisley when she grows a little bit. (Seeing how they are 12 month clothing and she, being 7 months, can still fit into her 3 month clothes.) I still do not know who was so sweet in leaving me this package but to them i give my thanks!

So I have bought some of Paisley's christmas. I have never been more excited for that morning. I am not getting my hopes up for the toys, because i know she will have more fun with the boxes and paper. But i am still really excited! I am in the process of making a tree skirt. I am crotcheing it, so hopefully i can get it done by the time i set up my christmas tree.

Anyways here are some pictures of my baby girl! LOVE HER!

Another one of those adventures..

Hello! This last week has been another adventurous one! We start our week out with a little day called Sunday. Sunday was my last week to prepare for our Ward Choir Performance in Sacrament Meeting. It was also fast Sunday and we usually don't have practice so it was a little hard to get everyone there.. I also started to feel really sick! Then Monday was a pretty lazy day except i had to work. At work they had me put up the window vinyl all by myself.. But it was a weird length and it did take me a while.. (With feeling even more sick it took longer then a while.) I got home from work and I decided it was probably time to go to the doctor because i felt 100% horrible.. So we get to the RediCare and wait wait wait.. then get called back to the room and wait wait wait. Then finally when they got to me they told me that the tubes that connect my ears, nose and throat were swollen and had liquid in them.. So they gave me some meds! (YAY) Anyways then came Tuesday. Tuesday we had Paisley's 6 month wellness check up. The nurses say that she should be the gerber baby and i agree because then i wouldnt have to work! haha.. Anyways she weighs 16 lbs and 3 oz in the 55 Percentile for weight. She is in the 25 percentile for hight and 85 percentile for head. So that was neat. Then they asked me if i wanted to include the Flu Shot in with her shots, they also said that it "usually makes no difference" then what she usually reacts to the shots. So i said why the heck not! haha.. That was at 2:00 pm. She did really well the rest of the day, no high fevers just kinda sleepy. BUT THEN at 1:25 am she wakes up just screaming! I took her temperature from her arm pit and it said 104.5 (or something like that) and she wouldnt take any medicine.. Then she started to puke. It was really bad and would not let up. So we call RediCare(our second home) and they say we should take her to the Emergency Room at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. We get there and they take her temperature again and it is up to 105. So they put us in the room and try to give her medicine. She would not take it oral so they gave it to her another way. They were worried that she had an UTI so they made her get a catheter. My poor baby girl. Anyways they just said it was a reaction to the flu shot. So we got to go home.. Haha at 5:00 in the morning.. The next day we stayed on top of the fever, and on Thursday she was just fine! haha what a week. well i was goig to post some pictures but they loader thing is not working.. so oh well! Have a good one!

Time Keeps Running Away!

Holy Cowabunga! I have not posted in such a long time! But thats just how I am. So, what is new? Well... Paisley is almost 6 MONTHS old! How rude is that? She is super cute and growing so so much! She is learning like crazy and is trying to figure out the crawling thing.
Yesterday we kinda had a little bit of a scare. Paisley and I were playing and she was standing up while I was holding her hands when I heard this loud POP! She has popped plenty of times before but never like this and she has never screamed like that before. So I called the Dr. and they set an appointment up for later in the day. While we were at the Dr. he said that a tendon (or something) in her elbow was popped out of place. SO he popped it back into place. TWICE. She seemed to be doing better so we went home and I watched her very carefully. She was still favoring that arm pretty badly and if I made her move it she would scream, so I called the doc back (THREE times).. When they called back they told me that they wanted to get some x-rays of her arm just to make sure there wasn't any fractures. OH MAN! That poor baby girl has had more x-rays then an average adult (excluding dental x-rays that is!) (she had to get x-rays while in the NICU as well..).. The x-rays were pretty tough on her but she was brave. Mom, on the other hand, was a HUGE mess! Holding her arm in weird positions and making her scream and holding her down isn't my cup of tea. Anyways after that ORDEAL when we got home the Dr. called and told us everything looked normal and just to keep an eye on her. Today she has been doing much better!
Brandon is still waiting to start at the Sheet Metal Union. He took the test (and scored the highest) then went to the interview (and scored the highest) but there were some minorities so he is 5th in line.. WELL actually they put one on a job already so he is #4 now.. SO hopefully..
I am still working at the Gap. I like it. I have not been working very much but it always dies down in September and October. But when November comes they get more hours and start working me more. I also joined a choir. I had to audition and everything.. But HEY i got in. We are the Choralaires! Its really fun. We sing Christmas music! We will do a BIG performance in December on the 5th! So get pumped people!
Paisley also got a new cousin this last week. His name is Porter. We haven't met him yet but we are looking forward to! Paisley is also supposed to get another cousin soon. His name is Miles. But he hasn't come yet and we are getting antsy in anticipation. We probably are not as antsy as my brother Jacob or SIL Tricia.
Well, I think that may be all folks.. I will as some pictures of Paisley.. NOW!

She is so freaking CUTE!

Blessing Day!!!

Sunday June 5th was the day we blessed Paisley Dawn. It was a lovely day! Sunny and with a temperature of 85 degrees! We had a lot of family members and friends come to it. Paisley sure is one loved little girl! On Saturday Brother Cline called and asked me if i would say the closing prayer in Sacrament meeting.. (OH JOY!) I said I would. Brandon gave Paisley a BEAUTIFUL blessing. Probably the best baby blessing i have ever heard! After church we all went down to Paisley's Grandma and Grandpa Hansen's house to have dinner. It was so fun. Its always nice to be around family. We are so so blessed to have the family we have. The Hansens and the Joneses are both equally amazing! Anyways i didnt take very many pictures. I am in a slump. I have a problem where i feel like i would rather live in the moment then document them.. So here are the few that i took..

Grandma Jones and Paisley!
